Yesterday brought a thrilling (and short-lived) surprise for European Jurassic World collectors — a few of the first Jurassic World: Rebirth toys briefly went live on the German and Dutch Smyths Toys webshops… before mysteriously disappearing.
Among the figures that were momentarily available for purchase were some major highlights from the new line: the Super Colossal Tyrannosaurus Rex, the Bite ‘n Blast Mosasaurus, the Tail Thrasher Spinosaurus, and the new Micro Adventure playsets. Each item was listed with full product pages and were available to order — but within hours, all listings were marked out of stock.
At the time of writing, the remainder of the Jurassic World: Rebirth toy line remains listed on both webshops, but with release dates set beyond May 26. Meanwhile, other Smyths regional sites — including France and the UK — have also posted listings for the upcoming figures, but those remain limited to preorders with no active shipping.
It’s unclear whether the brief availability was an accidental early release or a fleeting soft launch.
As always, this post is not endorsed or sponsored by Mattel, Smyths Toys, or Universal Pictures. We’re simply here to track every fossilized detail and toy drop as it happens — for fans, by fans.
We’ll continue to monitor restocks, updates, and full-scale releases as they unfold. Stay close… things are about to get prehistoric.
Did you manage to order one before they disappeared? Let us know — and send pics if they arrive!
